LABOR PREP
&
DOULA SUPPORT

Picture
COVID 19  Adjustment to services statement here.
Welcome! You will not regret hiring a Doula as a part of your support team. Many reasons bring people to look into Doula support. There is comfort in the continuity of support you get with a Doula and knowing they are working directly for you and your birth partner.

As a woman, a wife, a mom of two grown children and a lifelong professional caregiver, I have many skills that fall right in line for Doula support. My skills in bodywork, anatomy, body function and movement give me the foundation to support you from many angles. I bring a lot of focus on movement and positioning that is helpful in setting the stage for your body as it transforms during pregnancy to prepare for the event of labor, improve the process of labor as well as supporting the postpartum process as your wee one is held in your loving arms.
Below you will see a breakdown of the different support packages. Please click on the bright YELLOW button to schedule your complimentary initial interview. This is a great time for us to see if we would make a good team.
